Homemade Ceasar Salad

A chill, relaxed evening of attending to the finishing touches of the house and yard. Swing by if you’re in town, let us know and we’ll save you some slices!

If you can’t join us on Saturday, this is another great way to come by and say hi!

Kids: Kids of all ages are welcome, up until nightfall. We’ll have sidewalk chalk, magna tiles, zip-line, and street Nerf play to entertain. Fruit, veggies, & juice will be provided.

Dress: Casual, breezy summer wear. We’ll be outside, in the shade of a big oak during the evening’s festivities.

Outdoor Seating: There will be an ample amount of seating provided for our guests. A mix of furniture, patio chairs, and soft picnic-style ground cover. If you’re Austin-local, feel free to bring your favorite, comfy camping chair to set-up your own spot!

Rain Plan: We have access to a large canopy tent which we’ll pitch in the middle of our street or backyard.

On our wedding day, we have staggered arrival times for family, friends, and neighbors!

We’re inviting family to arrive at 6PM for photos and to be first up to dinner.

Friends may arrive anytime after 6:30PM.

Dinner service will continue until 7:30PM.

Come and go as you please!

We are building a communal blooming altar and would love for you to contribute to the weekend project.

You’re invited to bring with you a single flower or floral bouquet to add to the display.

A portion of stems will be preserved through drying and later arranged in a wedding vase, a token of this beautiful day!

Carnitas, chicken, and mushroom mole tacos with dips, chips, and sides will be served by our dear friends at Asador Tacos until 7:30PM.

Strawberry Tres Leches for dessert.

We’ll have kegs of beer, bubbles, a batched tequila cocktail, fizzy & still water available.

* Remember, it’s a party in a yard! If you’d prefer to bring a cooler of your own snacks & beverages, go right ahead - no one is gonna stop you! *

Gifting is a welcomed symbolic gesture, not an expectation!

If you feel compelled, we’d prefer to add to our collection of rocks & minerals, plants, and mosaic glass.

You may boost our honeymoon fund with a modest cash contribution. Look for an offering tray on display during the weekend festivities.

But, what we’d really love is a sweet note from you. Message with words, images, colors, however you’d like to express. We’ll have a table set-up with the tools to complete this on-site over the wedding weekend - or if you’re not able to make it to Austin, drop something heartfelt in the mail!

Post ceremony, there will be dancing in the streets! By 10PM we will have sent the kids home to make the transition to backyard activations & inside disco. Costume changes optional, but encouraged! We politely ask for no wear of glitter.
